Dispersion relations for S-matrices and CFT correlators translate UV consistency into bounds on IR observables. In this note, we construct dispersive sum rules 1D CFTs. We use them to prove higher-derivative couplings in weakly-coupled non-gravitational EFTs AdS$_2$. At the leading order bulk-point limit, agree with flat-space result. compute universal effect of finite AdS radius bounds. Along way, give an explicit formula anomalous dimensions general contact Witten diagrams
